As we all are aware, to reduce the community-spread of COVID-19 the Placer County Health Officer issued on March 20, 2020 a Stay-At-Home order. This order requires most residents and businesses to remain at home and only travel for essential reasons but does allow certain businesses to remain open to serve essential functions and auto repair facilities have been identified in these essential activities. As such, A&B German Car Care recognizes these times are difficult for everyone, and we want to assure you that we are open to serve your repair and service needs for all makes and models of BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Mini Cooper automobiles.

We want to thank the medical workers, first responders and workers in other essential businesses who work around the clock to keep our community safe and healthy. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 progresses, we will continue to take increased sanitation measures inside all of our buildings and vehicles, including: regularly disinfecting high-traffic areas, waiting rooms, restrooms, and employee workstations, disinfecting vehicles before and after test-drives, utilizing wheel covers and sanitizing customer vehicles before and after service, implementing increased hand washing protocol, and supplying ample hand sanitizer throughout our office, work spaces and customer service areas.

A&B German Car Care is offering these virtual services to our customers:

• You can call to receive information on correct tire pressure specifications for your vehicle model.
• If warning messages appear on your dash, you can always call, and we will try to provide instructions on what to do and what steps to take.
• If you want to check fluid levels, we can instruct you on where and how much should be added along with the type of fluid.

As we follow the guidance of the CDC, California Governor, local agencies, and recommendations of our manufacturers, we will continue to keep you updated of all changes to our operations.

We are proud to play a role in keeping our community on the road. While many in our community are staying home to help slow the spread of COVID-19, there are many who need to get to and from work and many who are working more than they have ever worked before to keep all of us safe. Many of our community’s doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers are our customers. Many of the small business and local restaurant owners are our customers. Many of the retail and service industry heroes are our customers. Many other customers are electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, and many other professions. We want the people supporting our community right now to know they can count on us if they need to maintain or service their automobiles.
